Very enlightening and interesting talk by Dr. Aaron Davis about the different coffee species, the origin of Coffea Arabica and the current evidence for extinction of Arabica coffee. Optimally, Arabica coffee grows within a narrow range of environmental conditions. Recent research shows that a rise in temperature of one degree due to climate change will affect the taste - indeed worrying news.

Beautiful syphon video from Intelligentsia, Venice.
Get a grip of the V60 with these serious brewing skills by Matt Perger.
New unique coffee in da house to accompany my new Kalita brewer. The coffee is from La Amistad, Columbia, roasted by Solberg & Hansen - roaster and coffee house from Oslo, Norway. I found this at cafe Europa 1989. Roast date 18. December, so relatively fresh. Wonderful sweetness, marzipan, caramel and fruit aromas in my first cup. Clean cup!
